We've had several opportunities to renovate historic properties. OHI has has worked with the RHDC to design and revive structures in restrictive areas like Boylan Heights and Historic Oakwood. The fact of the matter is that this isn’t work, it’s a passion. We love taking on these projects because the opportunity for transformation is so great.
